Ensures that changes in processes and technical documentation are implemented clearly, practically, and effectively across the organization, guaranteeing that personnel are trained to adopt them. Serve as the bridge between technical departments and the training area, working directly on the production floor to understand, simplify, and standardize information before it reaches staff.
Experiência y requisitos
Bachelor's degree on Manufacturing, Industrial engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in training
Experience in Change Management and TWI methodologies.
Knowledge in document control.
Fluent English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
