Role Overview
The Supply Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects that drive business growth and strengthen competitive advantage. This role thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives including new product launches, brand redesigns, market transitions, process improvements, and Third-Party Operations (TPO) collaborations. The Supply Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards, while proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard execution.
The position requires a results oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions in new or unprecedented situations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership & Budget Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including budget creation, tracking, implementation, and closure, ensuring alignment with forecasted expenses and strategic priorities.- Supplier & Partner Collaboration: Engage with local and global suppliers to define optimal sourcing strategies in line with procurement recommendations, while influencing and handling TPO partners to deliver projects on time and in full.-
- Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical support for supplier and operations discussions,



including the development and due diligence of packaging components and approval of technical specifications.- Problem Solving & Solutions Delivery: Generate creative, practical solutions to complex commercialization challenges, ensuring successful delivery within demanding timelines.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships across Supply, Demand, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Data, Innovation, and Marketing teams to enable a robust innovation and renovation pipeline.- Key Partner Communication: Actively participate in local market S&OP; meetings, category forums, and weekly program reviews, providing oversight across initiatives ranging from low to high complexity.-
