**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Manager Talent Acquisition** with strong experience in recruitment in the USA and within the healthcare industry. This role will mentor and lead a team of recruiters, while developing and executing proactive talent acquisition strategies to build sustainable pipelines.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to meet business needs.
- Drive inclusive hiring practices by partnering with sourcing channels and community partners.
- Provide metrics, reporting, and insights to leadership to improve recruiting processes.
- Negotiate offers and support hiring managers in compensation discussions.
- Continuously stay updated on recruitment trends and market insights.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- 3+ years of experience in direct sourcing and recruiting strategy.
- Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Knowledge of **healthcare industry** and **U.S. processes** (mandatory).
**Location**: Tecnoparke Azcapotzalco (100% On-site, Office hours)
