We are seeking a highly skilled **Solution Architect** to act as an AI Coach in Development and Testing, guiding engineering teams to adopt AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot to elevate productivity, enhance code quality, and optimize development workflows across various use cases, including unit testing, automation, and documentation.
**Responsibilities**
- Coach and mentor development teams in effectively adopting AI-assisted coding techniques and tools
- Train engineering teams on integrating AI-powered tools into the SDLC for code generation and refactoring
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven optimizations in development workflows and implement them
- Conduct workshops and interactive training sessions to promote AI adoption in software engineering practices
- Address critical concerns related to AI governance, data privacy, and security in software development processes
**Requirements**:
- 7+ years in software development techniques and methodologies
- Expertise in AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps frameworks
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities combined with solid communication skills
**Nice to have**
- Expertise in AI Agents Design and Integration
- Familiarity with Generative AI Fundamentals
