Your task will be:
- Protect Lear Saltillo from any quality problem generated in the production processes.




- Maintain quality documents and records in optimal information conditions.
- Maintain the focus on prevention and quality assurance of the process and product.
- Maintain the focus on processes and compliance with them.
- Planning and execution of measurement and physical testing activities.
- Planning customer service strategies.
- Lead meetings with multidisciplinary teams to analyze and solve problems on production lines.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Finished professional career
- 5 Years of Experience in Quality Department
- Knowledge in mechanical metal processes (assembly, welding)
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of Core Tools, GD&T;, problem-solving methodologies
