**Your Role & Responsibilities**:
- Manage that scheduled 5S, SOT, LPA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, MSA, VDA, BIQS, etc. audits are carried out in a timely manner, as well as the action plans, implementation, and effectiveness of these audits in light of the findings.
- Ensure your participation, as well as that of the line managers under your responsibility, in the daily Fast Response meeting, ensuring compliance with the action plans, implementation, and effectiveness of the same in light of the findings.
- Manage the investigation of accidents and quality complaints, ensuring the participation of all relevant departments, prepare the appropriate reports for 8 disciplines, implement corrective actions, and modify inspections based on these investigations in order to prevent recurrence.
- Understand and evaluate the capabilities required by the process to meet customer requirements, reporting on this and taking part in the implementation of the corresponding action plans,



ensuring their effectiveness.
- Ensure, with the resources under your responsibility (personnel, equipment, raw materials, etc.), in a professional, efficient, and effective manner, the fulfillment of the company's objectives (S, Q, D, C) in a timely manner, always promoting their continuous improvement.
- Ensure that product and process inspections and/or releases are carried out in a timely manner, exercising the necessary stoppages in case of non-compliance, ensuring that findings are corrected and preventing recurrence
**Your Skills & Strenghts**:
- Five years of experience in a similar position or development within the company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or related field
- Core Tools management (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA)
- English (level B2)
- Problem Analysis and Solving (A3, 8D, PDCA, etc.)
