**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **HR manager (overall)** to oversee the daily operational activities of the HR Operations team and recruitment function. This role will ensure process excellence, service delivery, and compliance while building a high-performing team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage HR Operations activities and resources across on-site and remote teams.
- Oversee service level agreements, KPIs, and reporting for HR functions.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and service delivery governance.
- Handle staffing needs, interviews, and hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal controls.




- Build a positive and motivated team culture through effective communication.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of HR/recruitment experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong track record in managing operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop HR/recruitment teams.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Knowledge of **healthcare industry** and **U.S. processes** (mandatory).
