We are looking for English-speaking professionals to join our medical call center team in Puerto Vallarta. As a **Medical Call Center Receptionist**, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients and scheduling doctor appointments. This is an **in-office position** only.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and assist them with scheduling doctor appointments.
- Provide basic information about medical services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with clients and medical staff.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent English skills** (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with clients.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a call center,



receptionist, or customer service role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a **huge plus**.
