**Department Description - Marketing**
This department is responsible for **developing and executing marketing strategies** that align with business objectives. It remains up-to-date with industry trends, coordinates market research projects, and manages ongoing relationships with various marketing vendors. The team oversees **advertising, events, and public relations** initiatives.
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or similar roles
- Proven expertise with platforms such as **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn**, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like **Google Analytics, Facebook Insights**, and other reporting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content




- Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Preferred certifications**:Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint**, or other relevant credentials
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 1-hour lunch break
**Training Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Compensation**:
- **Monthly Salary**: $30,000 MXN gross
