The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for a Bilingual Aftercare Specialist to help us keep our patients records and follow up on their treatment for scientific research.
We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of medical and research databases.
- Aftercare class teaching to patients.
- Control of departmental metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Technical career in the field of medicine / health.
- Experience in service and care for patients in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- English language proficiency (conversational and written).




- MS Office and Google Suite proficiency.
- Familiar to InfusionSoft (preferable).
