Job Opening**:Finance Specialist**
**Location**: Apodaca, Nuevo León
**Company**: Jinrong México
**Reports to**: General Manager Mexico & Finance Center in China
**Responsibilities**:
- Review invoices, receipts, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with Mexican accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with the external accounting agency for statutory accounting, tax filings, payroll, and social security declarations.
- Support cost accounting tasks and supervise ERP updates and operations.
- Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual), including P&L; statements, budget execution analysis, and cash flow forecasts, as required by HQ in China.
- Communicate with finance and management teams in China, providing timely feedback on operational and tax risk issues.
- Ensure timely submission of audited vouchers and financial information to HQ and assist in communication with local accounting/auditing firms.
- Support compliance processes and strengthen internal financial controls for the subsidiary.




- Participate in local financial/tax audits and provide support to the local operations team on finance-related matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an international company.
- Solid knowledge of Mexican accounting standards (NIF) and tax regulations; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Chinese is a plus.
- Strong analytical and learning skills, with the ability to quickly master cost accounting and management reporting.
- Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
