Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Manage project staff and provide technical direction, focusing on manufacturing, quality, and safety.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Communicate project objectives, detailed plans and expectations to team members, stakeholders and contractors. Establish KPIs to monitor and track project progress and its report.
- Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of NPI’s and smooth transfer of products or processes to Juarez, either from a VEXOS twin plant or from a customer.
- Systematically following PMI handbook.
- Deliverables project information, documentation and training materials to internal manufacturing stakeholders and peers, entering into the QMS or appropriate system.
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and update stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
- Develop and manage project bud




Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years of experience in project management (Engineering, Quality, and/or Manufacturing)
- English advanced
- New product introduction and change management (development, industrialization, or similar) in EMS and/or mid-to-low volume electronics OEM
- SMT and electronic integration process/product knowledge
- Understanding of test, industrial engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, product/process transferences, and new process introduction
