PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: Chihuahua, Chihuahua
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review and analyze daily production reports to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes.
- Utilize statistical tools and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production outcomes (knowledge of Core Tools is desirable).
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, focusing on achieving measurable results.
- Maintain effective communication and provide leadership to ensure alignment and progress toward production goals.
- Demonstrate a results-driven approach, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
- **Bilingual : English / Spanish**
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in manufacturing processes (essential).




- Knowledge of statistical analysis and Six Sigma tools (desirable).
- Familiarity with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC) is a plus.
- **Languages**: Conversational English required.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong data analysis capabilities, with attention to detail in identifying trends and driving solutions.
