We are currently looking for a **Talent Mobility Specialist** to join our team in Mexico City. This role supports Nissan Americas Talent Mobility operations, including immigration, foreign assignments, Japanese mobility, and affiliate coordination. You'll collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and implement process improvements.
**A Day in the Life**:
- Manage immigration activities including coordination with outside counsel and maintaining immigration databases
- Support affiliate intercompany agreements, expense recharge processes, and salary calculations for foreign assignments
- Maintain and audit mobility databases; prepare reports for HRBPs and management
- Assist with Japanese mobility operations such as headcount planning and training material preparation
- Support vendor invoicing and procurement requisitions
**Who We're Looking for**:
**Required**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Math, Data Science, Business, or related field
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Organized, dependable, and customer-service oriented
**Desired**:
- Prior experience in mobility operations or data analytics
- Familiarity with Workday systems
- Ability to identify and escalate process improvements




- Experience supporting Japanese mobility or international assignments
- Strong judgment, empathy, and communication skills
