Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide EHS training and education to employees and management.
- Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics and prepare reports for management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS roles,
- In-depth knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
- ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001 in the latest version
- Mexico Legal compliance framework, Safety, Environment and energy applicable requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- English - Advanced
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
