Description
This position manages and directs all employees of the Quality Assurance department and is directly responsible for performance management, coaching, and hiring within the team.
**Requirements**:
Required Education & Experience
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
**Experience**:
5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Manager within the Automotive Metalworking/Machining sector, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments and satisfying customers.
Essential experience with machining processes and deep understanding of quality requirements related to manufactured metal components.
**Technical Expertise**:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
Expertise in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D Problem Solving).
