Become a **Lead Salesforce Business Analyst** and work closely with clients and technical teams to analyze and optimize business processes through Salesforce solutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
- Convert business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, process flows, and diagrams
- Assess existing business processes to uncover inefficiencies and suggest Salesforce-driven enhancements
- Map and document comprehensive business processes and workflows within the Salesforce environment
- Support the creation and execution of test plans to verify system functionality and performance
- Maintain data integrity and ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and alignment
- Lead workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for stakeholders and users on Salesforce features
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Salesforce consulting with over 5 years in business analysis
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including CPQ and configuration capabilities
- Ability to analyze and document intricate business processes and workflows
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between technical teams and business units
- Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans
- Detail-focused with a commitment to data accuracy and solution compliance
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level
