We are seeking an experienced **Full-Stack Developer**with advanced React skills to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust software solutions that meet both frontend and backend requirements. **Responsibilities**
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test high-quality software solutions
- Establish project requirements and oversee timelines to ensure successful outcomes
- Offer technical expertise and recommendations to guide decision-making processes
- Drive improvements in software development workflows and practices
- Produce clean, optimized, and maintainable code aligned with industry standards
- Resolve challenging technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Monitor advancements in technology and recommend integration of new tools and methods
- Ensure smooth connectivity and functionality between frontend and backend systems
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on production experience in software development
- Experience with AWS for implementing cloud-based solutions
- Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React for full-stack programming
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing complex challenges
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and within collaborative team environments
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Java for backend systems




- Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering in React projects
- Proficiency in SQL for database optimization and management
