Join our team as a **Salesforce Technical Architect** specializing in Salesforce Health Cloud.
**Responsibilities**
- Adjust high-level solutions to optimize Health Cloud for business requirements
- Design low-level solutions to implement Health Cloud features, flow automations, and Apex triggers
- Implement territory management solutions and ensure adherence to best practices
- Advise on data migration approaches and monitor execution
- Plan and design integration solutions including Salesforce and MuleSoft (preferred)
- Observe and enhance Azure DevOps processes to support parallel development by multiple teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation and add technical notes to user stories
- Collaborate with Product Owner to define and finalize story details before development
- Lead integration testing planning and participation to ensure seamless functionality
- Design integration flows and patterns for robust system connectivity
- Mentor and guide development teams to maintain high quality and scalable outcomes
- Conduct code reviews and solution design assessments to uphold standards
- Communicate effectively across agile, cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of core Salesforce Clouds and technical architecture with 2+ years experience
- Proven experience in Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud development is a plus
- Experience with Code Review and Solution Design to ensure scalable solutions
- Proficiency with DevOps tools for testing and deployment processes
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation
- Experience implementing best practices in design and guiding development teams
- Collaboration skills to work effectively in agile environments with cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving skills to resolve development challenges efficiently
- Leadership skills to mentor development teams and align stakeholders




- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with MuleSoft integration solutions and best practices
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) integration best practices
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps process enhancements to support multiple teams
