- Responsible of customs compliance for the operations of the company.
- Responsible of customs compliance against all the different government agencies, for the integrity of the inventory control system (Annex 24 and 31), and the implementation of Ventanilla Unica
- Responsible of coordinating and supplying all the necessary information and documents to lawyer firm hired to transact the IMMEX program so it could be obtained in a timely manner.
- Responsible of submitting and obtaining all necessary extension for additional HTS codes for the IMMEX program and Regla 8va permits from Secretaria de Economia.
- Responsible of managing the IMMEX and IVA Certification programs, PROSEC, Regla 8va, and all required paperwork against the different government agencies.
- Physical inventory and control for the fixed assets.
- The development and implementation of a procedure for updating bills of materials in the inventory control system in Annex 24.
- Responsible of restructuring, coordinating and overseeing the import and export department and building
closer relations with customs compliance team.
- In charge of the optimization of internal and external logistics, to be more cost efficient without compromising the operation.




- Responsible of Implement cycle counts by bins in the warehouses to increase the inventory accuracy.
- Responsible of coordinate and set up of trade operations to import all the machinery and equipment for the company

Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in foreign trade or customs
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial or maquiladora sector (preferably in electronics).
- Deep knowledge of Mexican customs legislation, such as the Customs Law, IMMEX, Annexes 24 and 31, and taxes.
- Negotiation and communication skills
- fluent spoken and written English
- Deep knowledge in import/export process
- Leadership skills
- Must be able to plan, delegate, organize and prioritize work while working under time constraints.
