- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, international business, finance or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in Trade Compliance / Logistics Operations Compliance
- Licensed Customs Broker - U.S. or similar professional trade certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, import and export classification, free trade agreement and training skills.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem solving with experience in risk management processes and gap analysis.
- Proficient at multi-tasking, well organized and reliable for consistent decision making and follow through.
- Work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver creative and practical solutions to solve complex logistics and impact of current and potential regulatory compliance issues.
- Ability to manage and drive change.
- Experience in Supply Chain Security Program.

- Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to multi-task and mínimal guidance.

Supervisar y coordinar los procesos de embarque y transporte de materias primas y producto terminado de la Empresa.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Dar seguimiento de los procesos de embarque y transporte desde su lugar de origen hasta su destino final, asegurando su correcta recepción, verificando el cumplimiento de los programas, regulaciones y legislaciones en materia de comercio exterior y aduanas.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Experiência en obtención y administración de programas FAST, C-TPAT y NEEC.
- Experiência avanzada en clasificación arancelaria y códigos de clasificación ante la aduana.
- Alta habilidad de negociación y obtención de resultados bajo presión.
