Salon Coordinator - The Nail Atelier (Playa del Carmen)
**We are looking for a Salon Coordinator who is smart, experienced, and confident in managing people and operations. This is not a receptionist role — it requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to keep a business running smoothly. If you don’t have prior experience supervising staff or handling operations, this position is not for you.**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and guide the receptionist to ensure correct execution of bookings, confirmations, and client flow.
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
- Monitor materials and support nail technicians with supplies.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Keep standards high: organization, cleanliness, and client service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous **experience in managing a business, team,



or personnel** (minimum 2 years).
- Intelligent, organized, and able to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — must be assertive.
- Professional image and interest in beauty/fashion.
- Intermediate English is a must
