**Job objective**:
Ensure the definition of product and/or process requirements and specifications from our customers, and make sure these are available to the production areas and other departments involved in the processes, guaranteeing compliance with established internal procedures (QMS) and external ones (QAS, Global Standards).
**Requirements**:
- Industrial, automotive, mechatronics, electrical, or related engineering degree.
- Proven experience in automotive industry.

**Resposibilities**:
- Deploy the **voice of the customer** within Pangea in the form of **technical specifications**, **flow diagrams**, **FMEAs**, **formulas**, **visual aids**, and **standard operating sheets**.
- **Follow up** on new projects, engineering changes, and improvement projects from their **planning stage through effective implementation in production**.
- Be **responsible for the correct implementation** of new projects and/or engineering changes in the **RTE, finishing, and cutting areas**, in accordance with the **APQP process**.
- **Ensure the implementation of product design and development**, as well as **special characteristics**,
to meet **customer requirements**.
- **Manage the necessary information** for the proper implementation of new projects and engineering changes, **communicating to operations the critical characteristics defined by the customer**.
- **Manage and ensure all stages of the program**, as well as its **improvement process and corrective actions**.
- **Prepare project feasibility studies** for customers, in collaboration with all involved parties.
- **Document the APQP information** for each project.
- **Be responsible for the flow diagrams** of all parts throughout their lifecycle within the company.
- **Be responsible for the control plans** for **Prototypes, Pre-Launch, and Production** stages.
- **Deliver programs to production** after their **validation**.
- **Coordinate launch meetings** for new products, planning of changes, and implementations.
- **Be responsible for product and process FMEA**.
- **Be responsible for quality alerts** and their **follow-up until completion**.
- **Coordinate the multidisciplinary team** in the APQP process and **control the activities and deliverables** of each team member.
