**Main Responsabilities**:
- Supports the design and building of Deere’s Information security systems, solutions, and infrastructure by using engineering principles with the aim of securing the organization’s computer systems. Works on an information security team. This level operates with moderate autonomy on a team, with access to senior team members or Scrum Master when guidance is needed; May develop recommendations but within established guidelines. Has proficiency in one functional area of scope and may be developing proficiency in other areas.



Requires some proficiency in the implementation, configuration, and use of Information Security tools with some understanding of the relevant components and systems. Delivers basic tasks and activities related to cyber security and is starting to get exposure to security use-cases with some complexity.
- Analyzes assignments and determines software specifications that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives.
- Executes necessary documentation, as directed, or needed.
- Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet cybersecurity needs.
- Follows industry-standard agile software design methodology for development and documentation.
**What Skills You Need**:
- 2+ years of experience on Java and/or Python web development.
- 1+ years experience in AWS tools.
- 2+ years experience on SQL databases.
- 2+ years experience on REST API
- 2+ years of experience HTML5/JavaScript web development.
- 2+ years of experience in programing/software development.
- 2+ years of Software development processes experience (DevOps).
- Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellence in verbal and written communication forms with emphasis on persuasive communication, tact, and negotiation.
- Ability to manage many competing priorities/requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of database administration, database design, and performance tuning.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:
- 2+ years of experience working in an Agile Environment.
- Knowledge of operating systems environments and the respective security mechanisms.
- Ability to follow processes and use security administration tools.
- Active Directory - 2 years
- Azure Entra Active Directory - 1 year

**Education**:
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent).
