**Job Description** About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze engineering and manufacturing data related to **vehicle systems and components**.
- Support **Engineering Change Management (ECM)** by maintaining accurate data and impact analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using **Excel (advanced formulas, macro)** and **Power BI**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain data models to support cost, weight, and performance analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources and systems.
- Prepare visual reports and summaries for technical and management reviews.

**Qualifications** Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field**.
- 3+ years of experience in an **automotive or engineering environment**.
- Strong knowledge of **vehicle systems**, ideally including **propshafts, IP console, closures, or chassis components**.
- Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** (pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Experience in **Power BI** for data visualization and performance dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working remotely in an **English-speaking, integral environment**.
**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **engineering change processes** and **vehicle BOM data**.
- Knowledge of **Teamcenter, PLM, or automotive data management systems**.
- Ability to communicate complex technical data in a clear, concise way.
**Additional Information** Location**: 100% on site, availability to travel is required
