**Overall Purpose of the Role**
1. Well manage demand planning/supply commitment/rolling FCST/order fulfillment/on time delivery.
2. Ensure Pilot and MP material readiness for NPI mass production launch successfully.
3. Control Hub/Inventory/Aging/Excess issues and reports.
4. Propose strategic material planning
**Major Responsibilities**
- Maintain relationship, identifying needs and implementing sales strategy with customers.
- Solving a variety of business problems.
- Supply Chain management, such as forecast/material planning, Inventory management and delivery plan.
- Material strategic planning.
- Order Management.
- OBS Claim operation.
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reports for material/ production/ shipping management.
- Regular meeting with customers for operation discussion.
**Education and Experiences**




- A bachelor's degree or above, major in business management, information management or a closely related field of engineering is required.
- 0~2 years of experience in ODM/OEM/EMS
**Skills and Attributes**
1. **Fluent English communication is a must (TOEIC 750+).**
3. Able to handle stressful situations and work with wholehearted dedication to achieve the desired results in time.
