Job Responsibilities**
- Supports the InsureOne organization as a process owner responsible for mapping and managing the full lifecycle, serving as a liaison between the business and other involved stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify and address opportunities to optimize the customer experience, and customer retention.
- Manages key initiatives and exercise independent judgment related to the sales process, customer experience, and customer retention.
- Supports design and implementation of differentiating selling and sales management tools to specifically improve the customer experience and promote customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Establish and measures achievement of personal performance goals.
Requirements**:
- Scholarship: College/University
- Specialized knowledge: Extensive Sales Experience
- English Level: Advanced
- Computer knowledge: MS Office, Process mapping, Vizio
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience of project management, 2 or more years of insurance industry experience,, retail sales
- Skills: Service oriented, adaptation to change, negotiation, sales, customer service.
