Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, and optimize production methods and workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design the layout of equipment and work areas to achieve maximum operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot existing product and process issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, including work instructions (SOPs), technical specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Design, Supply Chain) to ensure the manufacturability of new products and manage their successful introduction (NPI).
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on new or existing methods and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and quality regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:



Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive, electronics, medical device, or a similar industry.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Deep knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Experience using CAD tools (e.g., ProE, SolidWorks, or others).
- Demonstrated skills in problem analysis and conflict resolution.
- Experience managing ERP/MRP systems (preferred).
- **Languages**: Advanced English (spoken and written) is essential for communication with integral operations and suppliers.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication skills, project leadership abilities, capacity to work in a team, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.
