**Brief Description**:
Divisional EHS Coordinator is responsible for planning, preparing, and organizing implementation of all EHS administrative and performance requirements
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage EHS programs, procedures, and annual plans.
- Manage, develop, and provide effective EHS training that will efficiently cover all needed/required materials
- Assist with training for new hires and provide ongoing training for all employees
- Overall management of the EHS incident reporting and investigation systems
- Maintain effective document control systems for the EHS Department
- Assist in investigation of accidents to determine the root cause and provide recommendations that eliminate or reduce future hazard or risk
- Communicate with Corporate EHS areas to ensure corporate policies and initiatives are implemented and report required information
- Serve as liaison with outside organizations including consultants, vendors,



and government agencies for all EHS matters
- Responsible for updating, maintaining, and auditing safety standards and procedures
- Work with all employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure that all safety policies, procedures, and regulations are fully adhered to
- Drive EHS continuous improvement initiatives
**Required**
- B.S. or equivalent in a EHS related field
- Highly effective communication skills
- Two or more years of experience in a EHS function, preferably in manufacturing
- Relevant certifications preferred-First Aid, CPR, EMT, Certified Safety Professional
- Travel requirements - intercompany and continuing education, benchmarking
