**Descripción**:
**Responsabilidades**:
1. Supervising whole process at Receiving (In’s, out’s, allocation, safety, security, cc, chemical handling, etc.)
2. Assigning, controlling and supervising whole Receiving tasks
3. Keeping accurate records about in’s outs and balance in Receiving
4. Approving ins and outs checking PO’s or documents as necessary
5. In charge of general Receiving physical inventory
6. Training whole Receiving personnel
7. Daily control of receiving and Dispo.
8. Assure the correct administration of receiving in service PO’s
9. Complete and provide daily reports as necessary (Maintain Dispo report)
10. Keep Receiving in good conditions (Housekeeping, safety, security 5’s execution and control)
11. Complete additional tasks as necessary according receiving and warehouse needs
12. Promote and follow safety process and procedures
13. Keeps records of receiving in’s by daily and weekly bases.
14. Coordinate with stockroom supervisor in and out of receiving area.



As well logistic of movement from building to building (Plant #1, #2 and #3)
15. Work directly to quality incoming inspection to dispose of inventory into 24 hours.
16. Coordinate with compliance department inventory that arrived to RLJ, as well keep inform of inventory that stay in RLJ (material for impo)
17. Develop processes that help to the receiving personnel to improve their job.
18. Continues improvements in the process including 5s programs
19. Keep all procedures updated.
**Requisitos**:
1. BS in Engineering Completed, Technical career as a minimum
2. Experience in Physical Inventory process
3. English 75% language level at least
4. Knowledge in Microsoft Office software
5. Knowledge in ERP software (Oracle, SAP, AX)
6. Personnel management
7. Good knowledge in receiving and warehouse management
8. At least 2 years as Receiving supervisor
9. Basic SOX knowledge
