We are looking for a high-performing Indirect Tactical Buyer who can execute flawlessly, manage day-to-day procurement operations, and ensure continuity across our manufacturing and business operations.
This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, owns the details, and brings urgency, accuracy, and strong communication to every supplier and stakeholder interaction.
Experiência y requisitos
- 2-5 years of procurement, buying, supply chain, or operations experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
- Hands-on ERP experience: SAP, Compass, Eclipse, or similar.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a bias for action and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high transaction volumes while maintaining precision and compliance.
- Analytical capability (Excel, data validation, reporting).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in a global procurement shared services or tactical buying environment.




- Exposure to indirect procurement categories (MRO, facilities, logistics, services, tooling, etc.).
- Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
- Previous involvement with PPV, cost savings, or supplier performance initiatives.
