**The Work**
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, and infrastructure roles, from intake to offer.
- Source, screen, and engage top technical talent using creative outreach and strong storytelling.
- Build and maintain pipelines for Frontend, Backend, Fullstack, DevOps, Data, and ML/AI Engineers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team needs, and role expectations.

**Needed Expertise**
(What you need to succeed in the role)
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of common tech stacks, engineering profiles, and data or AI roles.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and similar platforms.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once.
- Experience working in startups, SaaS, or tech-driven environments.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics tools.
**Not Required But Nice To Have Expertise**
(What would be great for you to have)
- Experience recruiting for design or creative roles such as Product, UX/UI, or Brand.
- Previous hands-on experience with development, scripting, or technical projects.
- Interest in learning more about modern tech stacks, AI, and data-driven roles.
