We are an architecture and interior design studio with projects across Mexico and international clients. We're looking for someone to be the first bridge between our prospects and the firm.
**What you'll do**:
- Contact and qualify inbound leads from our digital channels
- Understand each prospect's project and generate genuine interest in our value proposition
- Schedule video calls between the client and our creative director
- Follow up until contract signing or initial payment
- Keep the CRM up to date in real time
**What we're looking for**:
- Native or near-native English speaker — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
- Results-driven mindset, not just activity-driven
- Experience in consultative sales or high-value services (architecture or design background is a plus, not a must)
- Ability to listen, identify needs, and build trust naturally
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
