The Sales Agent position is responsible for developing new business within the Sales division. The Sales Agent will work with different clients and departments. Sales Agents are responsible for their strategic growth plans and will work closely with an experienced Coach who will assist them in driving success. Sales Agents generate a commission on every sale, participate in cross-sale opportunities and have uncapped earning potential.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Create strategic plan to build a personal book of business
- Control pricing to customers amongst various products and services
- Strengthen customer relationships and maximize revenue generating opportunities
- Increase sales with existing clients by improving retention and negotiated pricing
- Strategically work with customers to provide the best options for them
- Create annual plan with monthly and weekly goals
- Prepare and coordinate required reporting documentation
- Proactively manage exceptions and provide solutions
- Communicate information timely and accurately
