**Security Operations Support Team**
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail oriented **Full Time Afternoon Dispatcher** to support our security operations team. If you perform well in a fast paced setting and enjoy being the central point of coordination, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
As an Afternoon Dispatcher, you will serve as the primary contact for incoming client calls and play a **key role in coordinating field officers**. Your work will directly support property safety, officer accountability, and smooth overnight operations.
**Shift Information**
**Full Time Position**
**Afternoon Shift** 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
**Consistent and stable schedule**
**Key Responsibilities**
Answer and document incoming calls accurately and professionally
Dispatch officers for patrols, service requests, and emergency responses
Monitor officer activity through GPS tracking and dispatch systems
Verify officer presence on site and completion of assigned duties
Communicate effectively with officers, supervisors, and clients via phone, radio, and messaging platforms
Address service concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate logs of calls, incidents, reports,



and coverage updates
Remain organized, attentive, and professional throughout the shift
**Qualifications**
Prior experience in dispatching, call center environments, or fast paced customer service is preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Motivated to grow within the role and contribute to the team
