What You Will Do:
· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installed equipment
· Provide customers with guidance on the proper use of equipment
· Analyze technical failures and determine effective resolutions
· Replace damaged or defective parts as needed
· Document repairs, maintain service logs,



and complete daily reports
· Safeguard company assets, including parts, tools, and equipment
What You Need to Succeed:
· Technical degree completed or Engineering degree preferred
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar service position supporting production print equipment
· Technical English proficiency
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, networking, and computer systems
· Strong analytical and customer service skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
