Visual Mockup & Presentation Designer
The Role
We'relooking for a Visual Mockup & Presentation Designer to join our team, reporting to the Head of Creative. In this role,you'llhelp shape how we visually tell compelling stories that inspire some of the world's most innovative companies to choose Nasdaq as their listing partner.
This is a craft-focused role for a designer with two core strengths: creating photorealistic visual mockups (brand activations, out-of-home, environmental) and designing premium, high-taste pitch decks.You'llthrive here if you obsess over detail, composition, and polish, and you get energized by turningbig ideasinto visuals that feel real and land with impact in a fast-paced high-turnover environment.
What You'll Do
Create photorealistic visual mockups and concept artwork — brand activations, out-of-home (OOH), and environmental executions — using Adobe Photoshop and modern compositing/renderingtechniques.

Design premium, high-craft pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint and Canva thatshowcaseNasdaq's value to prospective clients.

Adapt designs to reflect the unique brand identity of each prospective client whilemaintaininghigh standardsof storytelling and design excellence.

Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver projects on time and ensure alignment throughout the creative process.

Build and continuously improve creative materials/assetsacross digital, print, social, event, and marketing channels.

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, ora relatedfield, or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of graphic design experience with a portfoliodemonstratingphotorealistic mockup work (brand activation / OOH) and high-quality presentation design.

Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in compositing, retouching, lighting, and realistic scene-building.





Proven ability to design premium presentations in PowerPoint and Canva, with an exceptional eye for typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling.

Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Nice to Have
Experience using generative AI tools like Dall-E, Claude Design,Google’sGeminiNanoBanana (e.g., forconceptimage creationor accelerating mockup production) — or the curiosity and appetite to adopt them;we'llsupport you in getting there.

Experience presenting and discussing creative concepts withinternalsenior leaders and business stakeholders.

Experience working with corporate brands, financial services, technology companies, or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with global teams and cross-cultural collaboration.

Location
This position willbe located inMexico City and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
