**About this Position**:Coordinate, supervise, and ensure the operational continuity of the production cell during the assigned shift, guaranteeing compliance with the manufacturing program for polyethylene packaging, printing, and shrink wrapping.

- Integrated Management System (IMS) and Safety (SHE)
- Operations, SAP, and Material/Input Control
- KPI Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

**What makes you a good fit**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Leader, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader in manufacturing plants.
- Basic level of English.




- Degree in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
