Patient Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates professionally and confidently, and is comfortable working with technology in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
**Position Summary**
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for contacting patients, assisting with scheduling appointments, and completing basic intake responsibilities. This position serves as an important first point of contact for patients and plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience.
This is a fully remote/work-from-home position.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the new patient queue
- Immedietely contact patients by phone to schedule appointments
- Perform basic patient intake and collect required information
- Answer patient questions professionally and accurately
- Document patient interactions in EMR and CRM systems




- Verify and update patient demographic information
- Coordinate with internal staff regarding scheduling and patient needs
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all patient communications
- Follow company procedures and HIPAA/privacy guidelines
**Qualifications**
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning and using technology platforms, including EMRs and CRMs
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Previous healthcare, call center, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred but not required
