**About the Role**:
This is a research-focused role that supports the sales team by identifying target companies, researching decision-makers, and maintaining accurate prospect data.
This is not a direct sales or commission-based position. The primary focus is research, lead generation, prospect qualification, and CRM management.
**What You'll Do**:
- Research companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn and prospecting tools
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
- Verify company and contact information
- Conduct market and company research




- Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms
- Track prospecting activities and ensure data quality
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development
- Use AI tools and other resources to improve research efficiency
- Suggest improvements to prospecting strategies and tools
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, online research, sourcing, or sales support
- Experience researching companies and identifying decision-makers
- Experience building prospect lists and maintaining CRM records (Salesforce, Dynamics, Apollo, Salesloft, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using AI tools to support research and prospecting tasks
