Shift Details
**Night Shift (within a 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM work window)**
2 days off per week
Reforma Site, Mexico City

Note: Paid training is conducted Monday through Friday during morning hours.
**What You'll Do**:
As a **Service Desk Agent**, you'll provide first-level IT support to employees of global organizations.
- Assist users through phone, chat, and messaging platforms
- Resolve technical and service-related inquiries
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Support users in a professional and fast-paced environment
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT industry
**What We're Looking For**:
- **Advanced English communication skills**:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Interest in technology and IT support
- Previous IT experience is a plus,



but not required
**No technical experience? No problem.** We provide paid training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.
