Key Responsibilities
- **Lead and manage** a production team of **50+ personnel**, ensuring safety and peak productivity.
- **Oversee metal stamping operations**, maintaining high-quality standards for the automotive supply chain.
- **Optimize production processes** to reduce waste, improve cycle times,



and minimize downtime.
- **Monitor KPIs** and ensure compliance with automotive quality certifications.
- **Manage resources** efficiently during the **Monday-Friday** shift to meet production targets.
