**What You'll Do**:
- Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter.




- Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized activity, theft-related concerns, and policy violations.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with site-specific procedures.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
