We are seeking a highly experienced **Growth & Marketing Operations Manager** who can own and optimize the company's entire lead generation and marketing operations ecosystem.
This individual will be responsible for building, managing, and improving the systems, processes, and technologies that drive lead acquisition, conversion, automation, reporting, and overall revenue growth.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Google Ads & Meta Ads management
- Lead generation and customer acquisition
- Landing page and funnel development
- CRM management and pipeline optimization
- Marketing automation and workflow creation
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
- Dashboard creation and KPI tracking
