Position: Full-time, Temporary (7-Month Contract)

Location: Colonia Juﾃ｡rez, Alcaldﾃｭa Cuauhtﾃｩmoc, Ciudad de Mﾃｩxico (Mexico City), Mexico

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with key stakeholders to identify performance challenges and develop impactful learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This role blends strategic consulting with hands-on execution, ensuring learning initiatives are relevant, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will influence senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and help embed learning as a critical driver of business performance.

Working closely with senior business leaders, learning experts, and external vendors, you will bring learning strategies to life and ensure solutions are engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.

Reporting to: Regional Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Solution Architecture

- Provide strategic learning consultancy to client groups, supporting workforce capability needs and people priorities through fit-for-purpose learning solutions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including Heads of Learning, Learning Managers, and Business Leaders, to identify learning requirements and align solutions with business objectives, culture, and values.
- Diagnose performance challenges and recommend targeted learning interventions that deliver business impact.

Learning Solution Design

- Support the design, curation, and management of enterprise-wide academies, learning programs, and career development tools aligned to critical skills, business domains, and development pathways, including leadership development.
- Collaborate during the solution development phase to determine content design and operational deployment strategies, ensuring local delivery requirements and resource planning are considered.




- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations based on learner feedback, market trends, and learning best practices.
- Identify capability gaps not currently addressed within the learning portfolio.

Program Deployment & Execution

- Enable the successful deployment of learning initiatives and monitor performance through metrics and impact measures.
- Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders and vendors while mitigating risks and adapting to changing business priorities.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams to review program requirements and ensure alignment with regional business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

Stakeholder Management & Influence

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Present ideas, recommendations, and insights confidently to influence decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact for learning delivery requirements, managing resource scoping and cost estimation.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to ensure successful delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and scope changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies as required.

Essential

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Learning Consulting roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning solutions across diverse audiences.
- Professional qualification, degree, or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience consulting with senior leaders on business and learning strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise across a broad range of learning interventions.
- Experience designing and deploying both Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and Instructor-Led Training (ILT).
- Experience delivering large-scale learning initiatives and programs.
- Strong experience in Leadership and Management Development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (LATAM).
- Knowledge of Organizational Development methodologies and interventions.
- Understanding of organizational matrix structures and dynamics.
- Experience facilitating learning programs and workshops.
- Expertise in blended learning solutions, including e-learning, modern learner approaches, LMS platforms, AI-enabled learning, and Degreed.
- Experience working in multicultural and global environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile, Critical Path, and Critical Chain approaches.
