- 1. Design overseas warehouse OTC processes and organize demand alignment.
- 2. Launch full-process operation drills, exception handling and standardized training.
- 3. Establish unified warehouse operation, safety and on-site management systems.
- 4. Compile SOPs and guidance materials for on-site standardized operation.

Organization & HR Allocation

- 1. Plan warehouse organization, manpower and arrange key staff deployment.
- 2. Standardize external vendor collaboration and SLA management.
- 3. Implement warehouse security, emergency and visual management systems.

Warehouse Site, Engineering & Facility Equipment Management

- 1. Audit warehouse sites, compliance documents and lease contracts.
- 2. Manage warehouse equipment construction, installation and phased acceptance.

System Construction & Data Management

Promote customized WMS/SAP/ERP system iteration, testing and launch.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1. Bachelor degree or above in supply chain, engineering or related majors.
- 2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin for work.
- 3. 8+ years 3C electronics project management experience in supply chain & warehousing.

Required Abilities

- 1. Cross-domain experience in manufacturing supply chain, logistics and systems.
- 2. Experienced in end-to-end warehouse process and distribution solution delivery.
- 3. Capable of warehouse layout, operation and system planning.
