Hootsuite is seeking a Product Trainer in Mexico City to educate customers on Hootsuite and Talkwalker products and guide them through the end‑to‑end journey. You’ll join the Professional Services team to launch and educate customers, with a versátil work model supporting remote or hybrid arrangements.
You’ll run internal discovery sessions, schedule trainings across time zones, develop materials, and deliver engaging webinars and onsite sessions while maintaining high CSAT scores.
