Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
Build and maintain strong healthcare talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with Mexican labor regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting.
Proven experience recruiting within the healthcare industry .
Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
