If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Warehouse Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.**Reporting to the Master Scheduler, the **Warehouse Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of warehouse activities including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods and maintaining inventory and associated records.**What a typical day looks like:*** Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.* Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.* Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.* Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.* Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse* Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.* Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.* Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.* Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.* Experience with warehouse racking systems, material flow, and logistics operations.* Strong experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, AS/400) for inventory management, material tracking,



and traceability.* Experience in supply chain and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and production kitting.* Knowledge of electronic components and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, moisture-sensitive materials, lot traceability, and part number management.* Experience managing critical materials, including chemicals, soldering materials, and batteries, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.* Strong understanding of FIFO inventory practices, inventory accuracy, obsolescence control, and stock availability.* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S and Kanban.* Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.* Ability to train warehouse personnel on equipment operation, material handling, barcode scanning, and RFID systems.* Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs, including inventory accuracy, delivery cycle time, productivity, and freight costs.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.* Excellent attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent production downtime.**What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.**CV19**## ## Job CategoryGlobal Procurement & Supply ChainRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
