Business Development Manager – Victoria

Own the Victorian market and work on high-end architectural lighting projects across the commercial, hospitality, residential, and retail sectors.

Backed by a strong NSW team, you will work closely with architects, lighting designers, engineers, and specifiers, driving projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

- Build and manage a strong project pipeline across Victoria
- Engage architects, designers, and specifiers early to help influence design outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle from concept to close
- Grow and strengthen relationships across the design and construction community
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term project partnerships

Qualifications & Experience

- Proven business development experience within the Architectural Industry
- Deep understanding of the A&D; community, project lifecycles, and the specification process
- Strong existing network within the A&D; industry
